It seems to me that Action Learning is truly working with nature in that this would be the way we would do everything were we not thrown off track by other less effective learning structures. To rediscover this process since starting the Diploma Action Learning Pathway has for me been a revelation & one that has greatly enriched my learning process along my journey.
