My Salad Mandala Pictures

 My creations are often made entirely from the food that grows here in my garden & I find that these are the most satisfying ones for me to make. Beauty then becomes part of the nourishment of the meal & the creating is a meditation in itself.

 I love to use the different textures & colours to create new patterns & to appreciate the beauty of nature's many gifts to us, as well as the great variety of flavours.

 Leaves & flowers are so wonderfully diverse, that they are just begging to be arranged artistically.... & yes, it's all totally edible! Much to the surprise of many people.
